Gorilla Rips — All Sales Final & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Gorilla Rips does not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for store credit, except where required by applicable law.

 

Products Covered

This policy applies to all Gorilla Rips purchases, including individual trading cards, sealed products, repacks, mystery packs, collectibles, and purchases opened or revealed during a live show. It applies whether merchandise is opened or unopened, subject to the exceptions below.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, customer-requested cancellations are not accepted, except where required by law. Please review your selections, quantity, shipping address, and order total before submitting payment.

 

Repacks, Mystery Packs & Live Openings

 

Repacks and mystery packs contain randomized items as described in the applicable product listing. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee a particular player, team, card, autograph, grade, parallel, resale value, or featured chase item unless the listing expressly guarantees it.

 

Dissatisfaction with the revealed contents, failure to receive a desired card, duplicate cards, changes in market value, or an item’s resale or grading results do not qualify for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit when the product was supplied as described.

 

Opening or revealing a product during a live show does not create a right to cancel or return the purchase.

Incorrect, Damaged, Missing, or Misdescribed Items

​

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, or materially differs from its description, contact Gorilla Rips through our website’s Contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and available photographs of the item and packaging.

 

Please retain the merchandise and packaging while we review the issue. An unboxing video is helpful but is not required to report a problem or exercise a legal right.

 

Where Gorilla Rips is responsible, or applicable law requires a remedy, we will provide the appropriate correction, replacement, or refund. If a return is required for such a remedy, we will provide return instructions and cover required return shipping costs. Do not send merchandise back without first obtaining instructions.

 

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind requests. Where a refund of shipping charges is required by law, those charges will be refunded. Required refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law permits another arrangement and the customer agrees.

Consumer Rights

​

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning defective, counterfeit, materially misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise; unauthorized transactions; or legally required cancellation and refund rights for shipping delays.

This policy does not restrict rights provided by applicable payment-provider or marketplace buyer-protection rules.

Purchases Through Third-Party Sellers or Distributors

If you purchase a Gorilla Rips product from an independent third-party seller, reseller, or distributor, your purchase transaction is with that seller, not Gorilla Rips. Please contact the seller directly regarding payment, cancellations, returns, refunds, shipping, delivery, or order discrepancies. That seller’s policies apply to your transaction, subject to applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorilla Rips is not responsible or liable for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, pricing, representations, unauthorized guarantees, payment processing, fulfillment, or handling, storage, alteration, or tampering with products. Gorilla Rips does not issue refunds for payments collected by independent third-party sellers.
